Day 1 – Arrival in Lima
Arrival, reception and transfer from the Lima Airport to the hotel. Check inn and overnight.
Day 2 - Lima
Breakfast and free morning. In the afternoon visit the historical centre of Lima, the Main Square where you will also see the Government Palace, the Municipality, the Cathedral as well as the Palace of the Archbishopric. We will continue to the elegant residential districts such as San Isidro and Miraflores where we will be able to have a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. Overnight in Lima.
Day 3 – Flight from Lima to Arequipa
Breakfast and early transfer from the hotel to the Lima Airport for your next flight to Arequipa.
Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Check inn and later during the day enjoy a City tour where you will visit the traditional district of Yanahauara and its Mirador, Monastery of Santa Catalina, Main Square with its Cathedral, Church and Cloisters of the Order of Jesus, Copula of San Ignacio and visit to the house of the old Moral family. Overnight in Arequipa
Day 4 – Arequipa
Early breakfast and Excursion to the “Campiña Arequipeña”, until the famous mill of Sabandia. On our return, we will visit an impressive large colonial house named as the “mansion of the founder”, which dates back to the 16th century. Typical lunch and return to your hotel in Arequipla Overnight in Arequipa.
Day 5 – Flight from Arequipa to Puno
Breakfast and transfer to the airport for your next flight to Juliaca.
Reception and transfer to Puno city. On the way to the hotel we will visit the tombs known as the “Chulpas de Sillustani”, these are enormous cylindrical stone constructions where in Pre-Incan times the Tiahuanaco nobility were buried. Check inn. Overnight in Puno
Day 6 - Puno
Breakfast and transfer to the pier in order to initiate our excursion on the Titicaca Lake known as the highest navigable lake in the world (3,800 m.a.s.l).
The legend tells us that from these waters came out Manco Capac and Mama Ocllo who then founded the Inca Empire. We will visit the floating Islands of the Uros (local ethnics) and its people who live from fishing and the sales of handcrafts. They live in small totora cottages.
The Uros according to their legend, they cannot drown due to the reason that their blood in their veins is black like the Titicaca water. Continue the excursion to the Taquile Island. Lunch included. Return to the hotel. Overnight in Puno.
Day 7 – Train ride from Puno to Cusco
Breakfast and early transfer to the bus or train station. Enjoy a journey through unique and beautiful landscapes of the Peruvian Sierra and Cordillera. Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. Check inn and Overnight in Cusco.
Day 8 – Cusco Peru
Breakfast and morning at your leisure.
In the afternoon City tour to the nearby ruins, such as Qenqo, Puca Pucara, Tambomachay and the fortress of Sacsayhuaman. Briefing of the Inca Trail. Dinner in a local restaurant. Overnight in Cusco.
Day 9 – From Cusco thought the Inca Trail
Early breakfast and transfer to the Kilometre 82 at Piscacucho 2600 m.a.s.l where we will initiate the excursion up until Huayllabamba (3,250 m.a.s.l). Camping at Patallacta.
Lunch, snacks and dinner included. Overnight Camping at Inca Trail
Day 10 – Patallacta and Llulluchapampa
Breakfast and hiike to the “Lago Seco”. Today we will climb up to 4,050 m.a.s.l where we will visit the ruins of Runkurakay.
Camping at the “Lago Seco” . Lunch, snacks and dinner included. Overnight Camping at Inca Trail.
Day 11 - Llulluchapampa and Wiñaywayna
Breakfast and we will initiate the hike early in the morning, visiting Phuyupatamarca.
Camping in Wiñaywayna. Lunch, snacks and dinner included. Overnight Campint at Inca Trail.
Day 12 - Wiñaywayna and Machu Picchu
Breakfast and early in the morning before sunrise, we will hike up to Machu Picchu in order to observe the sunrise over the citadel.
Free time to enjoy exploring the ruins. Return by bus to Aguas Calientes. Check inn and Overnight at Aguas Calientes.
Day 13 – From Machu Picchu to Cusco
Breakfast and free time in the morning to enjoy the citadel.
In the afternoon departure to Cusco by Vista Dome train. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Cusco.
Day 14 – From Cusco to Lima
Breakfast. Transfer to the Cusco Airport for your next flight to Lima.
Arrival, reception and transfer to the hotel. Check inn. Free day and Overnight in Lima.
Day 15 - Lima – Back home
Breakfast and morning at your leisure. At a fixed time transfer to the airport for your flight back home or to your next destination.
